For jobs over $1,000, 50% of agreed upon proposed price is due before start; remaining 50% of agreed is due upon completion of work.
A finance charge will be accessed for all jobs on a Periodic Rate of 18% after the 30 days. Failure to make payment by due date will result in a $40 late fee.
