The Supervisor/Crew Leader is responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality landscape service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management. Work includes managing a small crew by prioritizing projects, assigning work tasks, using equipment, maintaining records, monitoring work quality and work schedules, insuring crew safety, training employees, and providing performance feedback. The employee leads and participates in performing various landscaping and horticultural functions, building maintenance tasks, and equipment operation. Employee is responsible for procurement of materials, work orders and record-keeping for each project. Position is full-time. Employee will be paid weekly. Salary will depend on experience and qualification. 

Prestige Landscaping is currently hiring Landscape Install and Maintenance crew members with great opportunities for advancement. Employee must be good at working with a team to complete the assigned tasks in a professional, efficient and safe manor. Prestige Landscaping will provide safety and job knowledge training. The employee will report to assigned Crew Leader. Employee will be assigned to crew based on work experience. Employee will be paid weekly. Position is full-time. Prestige Landscaping is currently seeking an experienced, energetic and result-driven individual who has years of experience in Landscaping Sales and Management. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is comfortable with being held accountable for ambitious revenue growth, has strong skills in networking, qualifying the right prospects, setting appointments, performing all phases of the sales process: including generating leads, client'prospect meetings, cost estimates, creating proposals and closing sales, developing and maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline. Valid NC Driver's License and a clean driving record are required. Position is Full-Time. Salary will depend on experience and qualification.
